Our Approach

Full Circle takes an integrated approach to healing, encouraging our natural state of wholeness. Just as the sun changes the shape of the moon, our self-awareness may wax and wane.  But behind the play of light and shadow, we are innately whole.  

Through the branches of the trees we can see the fullness of the moon in contrast.  The tree frames the moon as our awareness frames each part of ourselves.

With this perspective, Full Circle can help you through the pathways that work best for you.  Drawing from Connie’s 20 years of experience in a wide range of body-mind approaches, a session could include interactive psychotherapy, hands-on healing; music; or movement. With each approach, the goal is to help you understand your unique energy flow and access your own wisdom.
